Biography

Selin ESER ERDİL is an Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior and affiliate of the Ankara Sosyal Bilimler University since January 2019. She obtained her undergraduate degree from Middle East Technical University in 1999. After receiving her master’s degree from City University of New York (2004) she completed her doctoral studies in the management and organization program of Sabancı University (2011). Beginning her work career in commercial banking (1999-2002) she worked as an assistant professor of organizational behavior at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University (2011-2018). Her research interests include influence of cultural values on employees’ work related attitudes and behaviours, interpersonal trust dynamics at various work relationships and research productivity in academia. Her work has been published in journals such as Yönetim Araştırmaları Dergisi, ODTU Gelişme Dergisi, Management and Organization Review (SSCI) and Research Evaluation (SSCI). She has been teaching organizational behaviour, social psychology, cross-cultural management and research methods at undergraduate and graduate levels.
