Ali Danışman (Ph.D) completed his undergraduate studies (1994) and received his master's degree (1997) in Çukurova University. He received his doctorate degree from the same university beside the studies that he performed in University of Alberta in Canada under favour of scholarship granted by Turkish Academy of Sciences within the National- Foreign Integrated PhD in Social Sciences. He did scientific researches in different years being a visiting scholar in University of Alberta, Northwestern University (Kellogg School of Management) and University of Sydney. He also lectured as a visiting scholar in Linköping University in Sweden and Eastern Mediterranean University in Northern Cyprus. From 2012 when he completed his PhD studies to 2017 he worked as an academic member for Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences Department of Business Administration and transferred to Social Sciences University of Ankara in August 2017. He consults public and private sectors in the fields of improvement of management and organization processes within the context of Turkey, institutionalization, analysis of organizational culture, institutional change, job analysis, job evaluation and performance evaluation. He wrote several papers which are published in national and international journals and books in the areas of institutional theory, institutional logics, organization theories and organizational culture, organizational subcultures, implementations of human resources management in the setting of Turkey.
