About Undergraduate Program
The aim of the ASBU undergraduate program in Business Administration is to educate individuals who would be able to work qualified positions, in the national and/or international (private or public) business environment, in many areas such as accounting, finance, production, operational processes, human resources, quality management, project management, business development, strategy development, international operations, marketing.

Our undergraduate courses explore modern business and organizational management theory and practice, in the very heart of Ankara.
The program provides students with contemporary world-class management education and helps them develop critical thinking, effective problem solving and, communication and team-player skills required to meet the needs of dynamic business life. As well as given strong academic grounding in any chosen field, our courses are designed to help you to develop the transferable skills that employers are looking for, such as problem solving, communication and teamwork skills.
Miscellaneous competencies are gained at an advanced level such as intellectual thinking, making analytical and critical decisions, dealing with a problem from a researcher point of view and being able to solve, and communicating effectively in an international environment.
We have an outstanding academic staff that are internationally recognized and have a high level of education and research standards, publishing research in reputable international journals, having projects and consulting experience. All of our faculty members have education and/or research experience in world-class institutions.
We offer %100 English courses in all level of education. In addition, it is possible to learn a second foreign language (German, Spanish, French, Italian, Arabic, Persian, Armenian, Chinese, or Japanese) chosen by ASBU students.
In our undergraduate program, knowledge sharing is not carried out with only one-sided convey. It is fulfilled with cases, examples, simulations and real stories in an environment based on interaction by using technology support.
Students have the opportunity to take part in research projects carried out by faculty members and gain research experience and increase their intellectual knowledge.
We have a multinational environment with 30% international students.
Job Opportunities
Our graduates have the opportunity to work in a wide range of fields in both national and international companies, organizations, and also in public institutions. They would be employed as a specialist, analyst, consultant, manager or researcher in the fields of accounting, finance, production, human resources, quality management, domestic and overseas sales-marketing, auditing, business development, strategy development, project management, supply chain management in private institutions.
ASBU Business Administration graduates could work in public sector as a district governor, administrative law judge, or financial and administrative affairs, human resources, auditing and strategy development.
As the department provides a multi-lingual education opportunity, the graduates have the opportunity to find a place in international companies and organizations. On the other hand, as the ASBU prepares students to become entrepreneurs, they will not have difficulty in establishing their own business/start-ups.
