İhsan Aytekin (Associate Professor) has completed his undergraduate and graduate studies at Kocaeli University. He completed his master thesis research as a visiting researcher at the University of Ottawa, Canada. After completing her PhD at Gebze Technical University, He joined ASBU in 2016. He focuses mainly on Organizational Behavior and Human Resources Management, although he mostly does field work in the higher education area and he also works on education management. He advises on improvement of management and organization processes in private and public sector, institutionalization, business analysis, business valuation, performance appraisal, human resources system, recruitment and promotion interviews and strategic planning.
